Personal Impression and Location:  This is a new hotel that is in the heart of Queenstown just off the end of the Marine parade the main lake front street in Queenstown.  Not impressive from the outside you walk into a small but nicely decorated lobby. Once you are in the room you appreciate what the Spire has to offer. .
 

Accommodations:  The ten rooms are very large, decorated in a warm and contemporary style and are very inviting. The big bed area, fire place, large TV make this spacious room a place you want spend time in and enjoy.  The rooms are decorated in warm colors and feature shutters that open between the bedroom and the bathroom.  All the rooms have sophisticated sound systems, wide screen plasma TV’s, high-speed internet.  Coffee making facilities are available as is a mini bar.  The bathrooms are large double vanities, separate shower and large soaking tube.  All rooms are fully air-conditioned.
 

Public Rooms and Dining: The lobby is small  and features a large fireplace and comfortable seating arrangements. The hotel has a very attractive dining room featuring fresh New Zealand ingredients. The menu was very reasonably priced.  The hotel also has a bar that connects to the restaurant that was very appealing.
